The Best Salad!. Very light and so delicious. It's so easy to make that I feel I can do this daily. I would reduce the sugar slightly next time, but overall an excellent salad recipe.

I made this carrot cake last week and this was the most delicious cake coming out of my oven. This recipe was incredible. Added to my cookbook.
