Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil

- 3 pounds boneless pork cubed, 1/2 – inch pieces

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 quarts water

- 3 stalks celery, chopped

- 2 medium tomatoes, diced

- 7 roasted green chile peppers, diced

- 4 cloves garlic, crushed

- 1 can (8 ounces) red kidney beans

- 1 can (8 ounces) black beans

- 1 can (8 ounces) pinto beans

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup prepared salsa
