Ingredients
- 1 full coconut

- 2 big potato (scraped and cut into thin slices)

- 1 big tomato (cut into small pieces)

- 1 cup fresh peas (shelled)

- 2 onion (peeled and cut into slices)

- 1/2 cup carrots (scraped and cut into small pieces)

- 6 green chillies (finely chopped)

- 1 inch piece ginger (chopped finely)

- Salt to taste

- For seasoning:
- 1 tespoon oil

- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

- 1/2 teaspoon urad dal

- 1 spring curry leaves
