A cocktail made of absinthe consisting anisette and orange bitters. You may use Pernod or other absinthe substitute.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 ounce (3 1/2 tablespoon) pernod or other absinthe substitute
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoon) water
  • 1 teaspoon anisette
  • 1-2 dashes orange bitters
