Rum, lime juice and mint..It doesn't come better than this!
 

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce (4 tablespoon) light rum
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoon) cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoon) lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • Fresh mint leaves
