Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wheat

- 1/2 cup par boiled rice

- 1/2 cup raw rice

- 1/2 cup red gram dhal

- 1/2 cup bengal gram dhal

- 2 teaspoons fenugreek seeds

- Salt to taste

- 2 teaspoons pepper

- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds

- 2 springs curry leaves

- A pinch of asafoetida

- Oil enough for frying
