Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour

- 5 cups chicken stock, heated

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1/2 cup almonds, toasted and chopped

- 1/2 cup milk

- 4 stalks celery, diced

- Salt and black pepper to taste
