An easy yet flavorful salad, this almond chicken salad gets its crunch from both almonds and celery. While the recipe calls for chicken, other meat could be used in its place.
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed

- 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved

- 1 cup celery, chopped

- 3/4 cup green onions, chopped

- 3 hard boiled eggs, diced

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
