A really tasty indian gravy dish made just for parathas and naan.
Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes (wash, cut and blend in a mixie without water)- puree

- 4 potatoes (peel and cut in cubes)

- 2 cups green peas

- 1 (make into flowerettes) cauliflower

- 4 onion

- 1 inch piece (peeled and crushed) ginger

- 2 tablespoon oil

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

- 2 teaspoon jaggery

- Salt as required

- For seasoning:
- 2 teaspoons oil

- 1 teaspoon cummin seeds

- For garnishing:
- A handful coriander leaves
