Ingredients
- 500 grams small round potatoes

- 4 tablespoons oil

- 1 teaspon cummin seeds

- 3 onions, finely chopped

- 4 tomatoes, cut into small pieces

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

- 2 teaspoon chat masala powder

- Salt as required

- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

- 1 cup curd

- For the wet masala:
- 3 onion

- 3 tomatoes

- 4 green chillies

- 1 inch pieces ginger

- 2-3 pieces garlic cloves
