Ingredients

  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) brandy
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) orange juice
  • Dash grenadine
  • Dash white crème de menthe
  • 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) port

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the brandy, vermouth, orange juice, grenadine and crème de menthe in a sturdy shaker with a scoop of shaved ice.
  2. 2. Shake to mix and chill.
  3. 3. Strain into a large chilled cocktail glass. Float the port on top and garnish with a rose petal if desired.
