Very simple bread made of cornmeal in bread machine.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 15/16 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast

Directions

  1. 1. Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients.
  2. 2. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Press 'Start'.
