Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup tart applesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. 1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, mix applesauce and spices, add to gelatin, sweeten to taste and mold in tiny forms.
  2. 2. Red cinnamon candies (dissolved in the boiling water) may be substituted for the cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve with pork.
