A nice frothy and smooth non-alcoholic beverage with apricot flavor.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 tablespoon icing (confectioners') sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups ice-cold milk
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups american dry ginger ale

Directions

  1. 1. Put all the ingredients except the ginger ale in a blender or food processor and run the machine until frothy and smooth.
  2. 2. Put two ice cubes in each tall glass and pour the thick apricot mixture over. Top up with ginger ale and stir well before serving.
