Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter

- 1 cup canned, quartered artichoke hearts, drained

- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

- 1/2 small onion, sliced

- 8 eggs, beaten

- 6 ounces shredded gruyere cheese
