This is a appetizer made with gelatin.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups hot seasoned stock

Directions

  1. 1. Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in hot stock.
  2. 2. Add any of following mixtures when gelatin begins to thicken.
  3. 3. Pour into desired mold and chill until firm.
  4. 4. Un-mold and garnish with Vegetable Curls or cups, radish roses, endive or parsley.
