Avocado salad marinated with French dressing.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 cup pineapple cubes
  • 1 cup grapes, cut into halves
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
  • French dressing
  • Lettuce
  • Fresh mint

Directions

  1. 1. Cut avocados into halves lengthwise and scoop out pulp with a French vegetable cutter, save shells.
  2. 2. Combine with other fruit and marinate in French dressing about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Fill avocado shells and serve on lettuce. Garnish with fresh mint.
  4. 4. Add 1/2 cup grapefruit segments, if desired.
