Directions

1. 1. Peel avocados, remove seeds and cut 3 very thin slices for garnish which you put aside.
2. 2. Chop remaining avocados and puree in blender along with chicken stock.
3. 3. Stir in lemon juice, cream salt and pepper. Chill for 2 hours.
