- A little lemon juice

- 100 g/4 ounces cooked peeled prawns (shrimp)

- 45 ml/3 tablespoon mayonnaise

- 15 ml/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup (catsup)

- 2.5 ml/1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

- A few drops of tabasco sauce

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- Wedges of lemon and sprigs of parsley, to garnish
