Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts

- 4 tablespoons cooking oil

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup all purpose flour

- For the gravy:
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup chicken stock

- 1 cup milk (or cream)
