- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Dash cayenne, salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped crisp bacon

Directions
- 1. Cut hard-cooked eggs into halves.
- 2. Remove yolks and mix to crisp bacon with butter, cream, mustard, cayenne, salt and anchovy paste.
- 3. Fill egg whites and place the eggs in a nest of lettuce or watercress.
- 4. Garnish with radishes and small onions.
- 5. For an extra party touch, force yolks through a pastry tube when filling egg whites.
