Directions

1. 1. Scrub and cut potatoes into thick slices. Use one potato per person. Do not peel the potatoes.
2. 2. Place each one on a double sheet of heavy foil. Add 1 tablespoon margarine. Sprinkle with garlic, onion salt and pepper.
3. 3. Seal and bake on the grill, turning often for a hour or 15-20 minutes on coals.
