This the sauce made to dip badhusha.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered cardamom
  • A few drops of yellow colour
  • A pinch of pachai karpooram (camphor)
  • A few kumkumappoo

Directions

  1. 1. In a heavy bottomed wide mouthed vessel heat sugar adding 1/2 cup water.
  2. 2. Bring to 2 string consistency syrup.
  3. 3. Add powdered cardamom, yellow colour (a few drops) and mix well.
