Directions

1. 1. Line custard cups with thin slices of cooked pork sausage; add egg, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce or catch-up to each and sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
2. 2. Break 1 or 2 eggs into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter.
3. 3. Bake in moderate oven (350°F.) until the eggs are firm but not hard, about 15 minutes.
4. 4. Serve in the cups.
