Poured sour cream on fish, covered with cheese and baked. This tastes delicious.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 kg fish
  • 300 ml sour cream sauce
  • 2 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons refined flour
  • 680 grams potatoes
  • 225 grams white mushrooms
  • 115 grams butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Clean and skin fish, cut into 4 portions.
  2. 2. Cover with flour and fry on both sides for a few minutes in 60 grams butter.
  3. 3. Put into a buttered oven dish and lay slices of half an egg on each portion.
  4. 4. Slice mushrooms. Fry lightly in 60 grams butter and pile over eggs.
  5. 5. Parboil potatoes. Peel and slice. Fry in remaining butter till golden brown and put around fish.
  6. 6. Sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Pour sour cream sauce over fish.
  8. 8. Cover all ingredients with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
