This is a great Mahi-Mahi dish served with dill sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1/4 cup plain yogurt

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing

- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

- 1/8 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce

- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill

- Salt & pepper to taste

- 2 mahi-mahi steaks

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Salt and white pepper to season
