- 1 cup + 2 tablespoon buttermilk

- 1 egg, lightly beaten

- 1/4 cup less 2 teaspoon vegetable oil

- 2 tablespoon sweet whipped butter, melted

- 1 ripe banana, mashed

- 1/2 cup golden raisins, pulped

- 1 ounce walnuts, chopped
