- 1/2 cup (cut into 1” length) french beans

- 1/2 cup fresh corn (boiled)

- 2 potatoes (boiled, peeled and cut into cubes)

- 1/2 cup fresh peas

- 1 capsicum (chopped finely)

- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce

- 2 tablespoon fresh beaten curd

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 salad leaves
