Ingredients
- 300 grams french beans

- 2 medium potatoes

- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 3-4 green chillies, slit

- 1 cup coconut, grated

- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

- Salt to taste

- Grind to paste:
- 1" piece ginger

- 5 pods garlic

- Seasoning:
- 3 tablespoon ghee or vanaspathi

- 2 bay leaves

- 2 large cardamoms

- 2 1/2 pieces cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper corns
