Very healthy salad made with bean sprouts.
Ingredients
- 225 g/8 ounces/1 small can of pineapple rings, drained, reserving the juice

- 1 green (bell) pepper, diced

- 1 red pepper, diced

- 2 spring onions (scallions), chopped

- 175 g/6 ounces/3 cups bean sprouts

- 15 ml/1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 15 ml/1 tablespoon sunflower oil

- A pinch of chinese five spice powder
