Ingredients
- 1 lb beef cut across the grain in thin slices

- 1/2 to 1 pound spinach

- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts

- 3 cups thai kitchen coconut milk

- 1 tablespoon thai kitchen fish sauce

- 2 tablespoon palm or brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon tamarind sauce

- 2-3 tablespoon thai kitchen roasted red chili paste

- 5 tablespoon corn starch, mixed with 2-4 tablespoon cold water
