- 1 small head of chinese leaves (stem lettuce)

- 60 ml/4 tablespoon sunflower oil

- 2.5 ml/ 1/2 teaspoon chinese five spice powder

- 30 ml/2 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 30 ml/2 tablespoon water

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- Egg fried rice, to serve
