These rich little concoctions will melt in your mouth, literally. Sweet cream, cocoa and butter are used to form a chocolate lover's delight.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or substitute)
  • Cocoa powder for dredging

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the heavy cream, 1/2 cup cocoa powder and butter in a small saucepot and bring to a simmer. Cook at a low simmer, stirring regularly, for six minutes.
  2. 2. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar; keep in the refrigerator for one hour.
  3. 3. Roll the mixture into little balls and dust with cocoa powder.
