Ingredients
- 3 cups (idli rice) par boiled rice

- 2 cups thoor dhal

- 1 cup black urad (whole)

- 10 red chillies

- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds

- Salt to taste

- Gingilly oil for frying

- For mixing:
- 1 cup (finely cut) coriander leaves, amaranth leaves or drumstick leaves (any one)
