Ingredients

  • 6 cups half and half
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups splenda
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds fresh blackberries

Directions

  1. 1. Mix the half and half, heavy cream, Splenda, egg yolks and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil.
