Description

A cocktail drink made of tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce with a dash of celery salt.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce tomato juice
  • 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
  • 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 drops tabasco sauce
  • Dash of celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Stalk of celery

Directions

  1. 1. Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into a large chilled wineglass. Sprinkle with salt, celery salt, and pepper. Garnish with celery stalk.
  2. 2. Variations: Serve with ice cubes or at room temperature. Substitute Clamato juice for tomato.
