A simple recipe in which fish is boiled in water.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 2 pounds crawfish

Directions

  1. 1. Add salt and caraway seeds to boiling water.
  2. 2. Drop live crawfish into the water, boil 5 minutes and let cool in the liquid. Drain, chill and serve.
