A Spanish style recipe made of veal.
Ingredients
- 1 large piece of veal breast (about 6 pounds)

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs

- 1/2 pound chorizo sausages (about 3)

- 2 large onions, quartered, plus 1/4 cup chopped onion

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1 egg, lightly beaten

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Flour for coating the veal

- Olive oil for brushing the roasting pan

- 2 carrots, cut into thin rounds

- 3 green bell peppers, seeded and cut into large chunks

- Dry white wine and beef stock for braising the veal
