- 1 can (10 3/4 can ounces) cream of celery soup

- 1 tablespoon flour

- 1/4 cup butter

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 pounds fresh spinach; chopped, cooked and drained

- 1 tablespoon dry onion, chopped
