Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bottle gourd

- 1/2 cup moong dal

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Salt to taste

- 2 sprigs curry leaves

- Grind to paste:
- 3 tablespoon grated coconut

- 3-4 green chilles

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- Seasoning:
- 2 teaspoon oil

- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

- 1 teaspoon urad dal
