Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bottle gourd

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 cup milk

- 1 tablespoon flour

- 2 tablespoon ghee

- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

- Salt to taste

- Seasoning:
- 2 cloves

- 2 small cardamom

- 1/2” piece cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper corns

- 1-2 slit green chillies (optional)

- 1/4” piece ginger, minced
