Ingredients
- 225 g/8 ounces puff pastry (paste), thawed if frozen

- 225 g/8 ounces/2 cups diced cooked turkey

- 100 g/4 ounces cooked sausage meat and/or stuffing, cut into pieces

- 100 g/4 ounces cooked leftover vegetables

- 100 g/4 ounces button mushrooms, sliced

- 295 g/101/2 ounces/1 medium can of condensed mushrooms soup

- 45 ml/3 tablespoon cranberry sauce

- Freshly ground black pepper

- Beaten egg or a little single (light) cream, to glaze

- Jacket-baked potatoes and french (green) beans, to serve
