Ingredients
- 600 ml/t pint /2 1/2 cups milk
- 45 ml/3 tablespoon clear honey
- 30 ml/2 tablespoon single (light) cream
- 30 ml/2 tablespoon brandy
- Freshly grated nutmeg

Directions
- 1. Put all the ingredients except the nutmeg in o saucepan and heat gently, stirring until almost boiling, when small bubbles are rising to the surface round the edge.
- 2. Add a good grating of nutmeg over the surface, stir and pour into small glasses.
