Mixed alcoholic drink made of lemon and brandy.
 

Ingredients

  • 175 ml/6 fluid ounces/ 3/4 cup brandy
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • 1 lemon, sliced, to decorate

Directions

  1. 1. Put the brandy and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker full of ice.
  2. 2. Shake well, then pour into tall glasses.
  3. 3. Top up with sparkling water to taste and stir.
