Ingredients
- For bourbon sauce:
- 4 quarts heavy cream

- 1 cinnamon stick

- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 3/4 cups sugar

- 1 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon high quality vanilla extract)

- 2 tablespoons corn starch

- 1 cup bourbon

- For bread pudding:
- 1 cup raisins

- 1/2 cup bourbon

- 2 pounds bread

- 1 cup pecans, chopped

- 4 eggs

- 4 cups milk

- 2 ounces butter, melted

- 1 1/2 cups sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
