Excellent spread on icing cake.
 

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons cream

Directions

  1. 1. Heat butter until golden brown, add sugar and vanilla.
  2. 2. Add enough cream to make frosting soft enough to spread. Will cover top and sides of 1 (9x9 inch) cake.
