- 1 cup cut greens stem

- 1 teaspoon olive oil (or) saffola oil

- 5 teaspoons fenugreek

- 2 tablespoons tamarind extract

- Salt to taste

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- For grinding:
- 1 bunch coriander leaves

- 1 onion

- 3 flakes garlic

- 3 green chillies

- 4 red chillies

- 2 tomatoes
