An easy and tasty chicken wing recipe using Frank's Hot Sauce.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter or margarine
  • 8 ounces frank's hot sauce
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. 1. Melt margarine in sauce pan until barely liquid. Add hot sauce, mix, and let cool.
  2. 2. Deep fry wings until brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. 3. Put wings in a large bowl that has a cover. Pour sauce over all, cover, and shake to coat the wings.
  4. 4. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your taste. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
