A yummy treat for the whole family. Burger King style sundae pie.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 chocolate wafer pie crust
  • 1 box chocolate pudding (3 1/2 ounce)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions

  1. 1. Get a bowl and soften the cream cheese by whipping it. It's easier if you use a hand blender, but a hand whisk is good as well. Pour in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cool whip. Mix everything together well.
  2. 2. Carefully pour the mixture on the crust and smooth it out evenly.
  3. 3. Follow the directions on your pudding box for the pie version, but use 1 1/2 cups of milk instead of the directed amount. Pour the pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture. Smooth evenly around the pie.
  4. 4. Top the pie with cool whip and other toppings of your choice. Place in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it.
