An Indian chutney recipe that goes well with breads and Indian bread dishes.
Ingredients
- 3 red chillies

- 2 teaspoons fenugreek

- 200 grams cabbage

- 1 onion (big)

- 1 flake garlic

- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves

- 3 tablespoons roasted gram

- Salt to taste

- Gooseberry sized (soak) tamarind

- 1 sachet artificial sweetner

- For seasoning;

- 1 teaspoon gingilly oil.

- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

- A pinch of asafoetida powder
